Banoon serves as a platform connecting parents ("Users") with local child tracking services ("Providers").
Not a Service Provider: Banoon is not a child care agency or service provider. The actual tracking services are provided solely by the independent Provider.
Provider Verification: We aim to verify that all Providers have valid credentials, but we do not guarantee the quality or safety of their services.
3. Eligibility
Age: You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
Providers: If you register as a Provider, you confirm that you hold the necessary licenses and are legally allowed to operate in your area.
4. Booking and Payments
Currency: All transactions are processed in your local currency.
Fees: A service fee applies to every booking and is non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
Payment Methods: We accept various payment methods including credit cards and local payment options.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
User Cancellation:
Cancel > 48 hours before service: Full Refund (minus service fee).
